• Delivery timelines vary based on location (typically 5-10 business days).  

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.  
• Free shipping may apply to orders above a certain value (if applicable).  

3. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  

4. Lost/Damaged Packages

• Trame Chiara is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to courier issues.  
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.  

5. Incorrect Address

• If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Reshipping fees apply for undelivered items.
